What we collect

When you join early access we store the email address you enter, the website address and check score if there is one, and the date you signed up. We also keep the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting provider.

Your account

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We store them with the answers you give during setup: your website, your main goal, your role and how your site is built. We use one cookie on dash.visibleready.com to keep you signed in. We never see your Google password and we cannot access anything else in your Google account.

The free check

When you run the free check we visit the public homepage of the website you enter, plus its robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt. We keep the result for up to one hour so repeated checks load faster. We do not store who ran the check.

Analytics

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to see which pages and features are used. It sets cookies only after you click Allow. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

How we use it

To contact you about early access and your full audit, and to improve the website. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Analytics data is processed by Google. Both act on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them or until early access ends, whichever comes first.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@visibleready.com.
